Refund policy
At Urbania, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@urbania.shopping with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale
- Accessories that have been worn or used (e.g. jewellery, hair accessories)
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@urbania.shopping.
Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
